More details to this question:
Back in 2001 I went to get a new tittle to car that my sister gave me. When I got to motor vehicle, I saw that my sister forgot to sign the tittle. I decided to sign it. They noticed that I signed it and they ask me and I told them that I signed it and reason why. The cop put on a room and started to ask question. I was release with a date on court. When I got to the court the cop told me that I can plea guilty and I would receive a misdemeanor and I did. I didn't know that I would have issues in the future. At this time, I was decline for two jobs because of this issue. Is there any way that I can drop that charge from my background?
