More details to this question:
I was convicted of trafficking and 3rd degree burglary in 07 since then I have kept a full time job and obtained custody of my 2 boys I would like to obtain my gun rights back.
You may petition the court to restore your firearm rights five years after competing all conditions (including financial) of a sentence for a class C felony (10 years for class B). You didn't mention the degree on the trafficking (1 is B and 2 is C) and there is no 3rd degree burglary in WA.
The simple answer is- it depends. It depends on the type of conviction, punishment, any federal laws that may preclude ownership, and state law restrictions. You should consult with a criminal defense attorney in your area to determine what steps need to be done to accomplish your goal.
