Can i get a relief of weapons disability?

More details to this question:
I was convicted of trafficking and 3rd degree burglary in 07 since then I have kept a full time job and obtained custody of my 2 boys I would like to obtain my gun rights back.

You may petition the court to restore your firearm rights five years after competing all conditions (including financial) of a sentence for a class C felony (10 years for class B). You didn't mention the degree on the trafficking (1 is B and 2 is C) and there is no 3rd degree burglary in WA.

Well it depends on what State you are in whether you can get your gun rights back and what you have to do. See a local attorney and ask.

you cannot own or possess a gun under federal law if you have a felony conviction.
