Can I get into trouble for taking a 4 wheeler?

More details to this question:
My husband and I have been separated for 2 years. We purchased a 4 wheeler that was registered in his name while we were together. I took it and gave to my son. Can I get in trouble for this?

A person can be arrested based on allegations. However, under these facts I do not believe that you would be arrested and if arrested that the charges would be pursued and if pursued that a Judge would let it get to a jury unless there is some marital settlement agreement or other order awarding the Husband the four wheeler.
