can my ex really press charges?

More details to this question:
me and my ex are both underage we used to send eachother naked pictures and videos. After we broke up she told her parents that i threatened her to put them on the internet but i dont have them anymore, they went to the police and i got my cellphone checked and they confirmed i didnt have anything anymore, but theyre still threatening me to press charges is it possible since i have nothing anymore?

It may be possible for the State to prosecute these actions.  However, I would require more details, such as ages of the actors, are the pictures still in existence, who saw them or did not see them, etc. before I could accurately determine the answer to your questions.  This forum is a public forum and I would advise you not to admit facts like you have on this forum because your statements could be used against you in a prosecution.  You can talk to a lawyer in private regarding this situation and your statements are confidential.  However, in a public forum such as this, you lose any  privacy rights in your communications.
