Can the plaintiff bail out the defendant in a restraining order case?

More details to this question:
I got a TRO against my husband. He called me and left a voice mail. I complained to the cop about this and got an arrest warrant for him. But I dismissed the TRO.The cop now arrested my husband. Can I pay the bail amount and take him out from the jail? Does this mean I am violating any law?

You can bail him out. You havent violated the law but your husband did violate the TRO prior to your dismissing it.
