Can they be charged with trespassing?

More details to this question:
If a private security guard did not see anyone inside of a vacant house, but then later saw people in cars that were parked 200 meters away from the supposed house driving away, can they be charged with trespassing?

It's very easy to be charged. It's up to your attorney to fight was the security guard actually saw.
