More details to this question:
One day I went to pay a fine at the courthouse so after I paid it a sheriff came in the room arrested me and said it was from a domestic battery I was unaware of so he took me upstairs checked and said it was inaccurate so he let me go fast forward two months I got stopped by some cops and ran my name and said I had an active warrant out on my arrest and locked me up again is there a law against that because at first I thought it was double jeopardy.

One would have to do a lot of legal work to find out exactly what has happened and whether something can be done about it. That is not free unless you get the public defender appointed to represent you in an active case.
