Can you expunge a dui?

More details to this question:
Received a DUI in August of 2007. Have not received another one. Can I have it exsponged?

No - in colorado, only non-convictions can be "sealed" with the exception of a very few cases if you were convicted or plead guilty (not a deferred sentence), then you cannot seal it

No. If it was a conviction or if there were traffic infractions charged (which almost always occurs), you are not eligible for Sealing in Colorado.

No, you cannot expunge or seal a dui charge in Colorado. The state law seemed somewhat ambiguous, however, a recent Colorado Supreme Court Case, People v. M.T., has clearly interpreted the sealing of records law as to prevent convictions for DUI's & Sex assault charges from ever being sealed. The rationale behind the decision is based on the wording of the statute and the legislatures position that the public's record of the incident is more important than individual's harm caused by having it on their record.
