As long as you never have to drive on any public roads to access any of your property then you can drive on your property without a license.

The charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle After Suspension or Revocation requires that the violator drive on a public street, road or highway of the State of Wisconsin. As long as you are not operating your truck on a public street, road or highway you would not be violating the above mentioned charge.
