ex has residential custody / wiretapping

I have a question I trying to help my friend who recently just got divorce , her lawyer who did not help her one bit...and for the judge who told her to leave her house that her ex has residential custody who wiretapped the house phone which he knew everything what was going on and of course he was one step ahead..this judge was bias to this women who was a stay at home mom for 7 years received nothing I mean nothing. This women went to police station to prosector and no one will help her that is awfull that this man wiretapped and the judge said to scratch it, in my opinion the judge should of stop right there and then.were is the justic in this so that means any can wiretapped the house phone and get away with it...Her vicious ex husband is seeking revenge on his former wife and trying to alienate the 2 young children form her. and this man makes over $100.000 a yr. and he is a successful genius on computers. WERE IS THE JUSTIC FOR HELPING A MOTHER WITH 2 CHILDREN. PLEASE ADVISE.

wiretapping is a crime.  i would recommmend hiring lance lebaron, our private investigator, to determine if we can prove wiretapping. if so, we can present the evidence to the prosecutor. an allegation will not be sufficient.  ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
