Fired PD who refused to communicate, hired a Federal Criminal Lawyer, paid up front, now he wont call back and is acting illegally by judge shopping

My partner is sitting unvaccinated in a border jail awaiting sentencing and is back in on a revocation. After being out on bond for months, going to inpatient rehab and then out patient drug treatment. Never got any warnings or violations, and no criminal history. And she was initially arrested for a non violent non drug related charge. But they revoked her on one dirty test. So I hired her a lawyer, paid up front, he refused to fight for her at the revocation hearing like flat out told me he wasnt going to and now i have a stack of printed emails from the last 2 months of me simply asking for a status update as sentencing was coming up quick and getting no response. I finally did get ahold of him after taking a slightly more agressive tone, since the deadlines to object to the psr had come and gone and my partner hasnt even seen the psr as of yet. He tells me its all part of his plan to try to land a better judge. I dont have the money for yet another lawyer and dont know what to do.
