More details to this question:
Hello, I am a former school employee. I am being charge with thief by the School district ( in which I didn't do ) I am scheduled to go to trial Monday March 14, 2016 at 9am. There was a deal on the table..... 1) if I paid the money back all charges will be dropped. 2) then they came back and said. : " I will be put on probation until the money is paid back " Then on Thursday March 10, 2016 at 9am just before pretrial, my court appointed lawyer told me they had no " Evidence against me" that I should take this to trial and it should be dismissed. As of today ( Friday March 11, 2016 ) my court appointed lawyer called me to say they just gave him the evidence against me for trial on Monday March 14, 2016. My court appointment lawyer is working with the other side to trap me......I need your help please Sent from my iPhone Sent from my iPhone

It is impossible to render an opinion based on the limited information provided. It appears you have  mistrusted your appointed attorney, but you have, waited to the last minute.. If you want a second opinion or new counsel you will need to pay for those services. Your attorney could try to obtain a continuance so you may do that. However, I have observed that many clients perceive their attorneys, are in collusion with the prosecution because they don't like the opinion or recommendation.  It should be the old adage that if you don't like the message, don't kill the messenger. Another ground could be the late production of discovery.   It further appears that you do not have the funds to retain counsel.  I do not believe based on your speculations that the judge would find just cause to appoint new counsel at taxpayer expense.
