Assault Attorney serving Richardson, TX

Check the terms of the contracct you signed. If not earned under the terms of that document he should return a portion of it. Be aware that there is a limit on the time within which you can claim it, the most is four years. You also can complain to the fee disputes committee of the Texas Bar Association. Look it up on the internet. Be sure tht you ask for the refund in writing to the attorney and see what he says. Usually the fee is non-refundable if the attorney does work on the case but there are exceptions.
