Get a good lawyer and see if your State has a diversion program for first time offenders.

I do not know any of the facts of your case, so I have absolutely no idea. However, based upon the charges, specifically the enhancement of "intent to deliver/sell", if you are convicted, you will do prison time. Hire an attorney.

You should retain my office or a good criminal lawyer to get the best possible disposition in this matter as it is a serious charge which could result in a criminal conviction or prison term. Call my office for a consultation.

These are very serious charges. The best way you can help yourself is to retain an experienced criminal attorney that handles serious drug cases. There maybe issues with your case that your attorney can use as leverage when negotiating with the prosecutor that could get the charges reduced or dismissed.

You will need a good trial lawyer. Most lawyers, including myself offer free consultations. Discuss the details in private and not on a public forum.

You can help your case by following the advice of your attorney, whether that lawyer is retained or appointed, he or she will have far more experience with the courts than you do and will be able to assess your case to determine the risks and rewards of the potential choices you may need to make.
