How do I file a writ for appointed counsel?

More details to this question:
I am on deferred probation for a state jail felony, and I have been arrested 4 times since placed on probation. I have court September 25th and need an attorney to represent me, however I am indigent and need one appointed to me.

You'd have to turn yourself in and then they will appoint you counsel. If you turn yourself in, do NOT say anything to anyone until you are with your lawyer.
