I you are on deferred adjudication, you are entitled to a bond pending resolution of the motion to revoke. That will keep you out of jail until the hearing on the MTR. The outcome of the MTR depends on the allegations against you and your history on deferred. The possibilities include revocation, extensions, sanctions or no change at all.

Depends on what you signed up for. You could get the max, or stay on deferred or get kicked out onto normal probation. Depends on what you did, how much you signed up for, what your violation was and who your lawyer is. Best to hire the best lawyer you can afford.
