My ex is bringing me to court saying the sexual pictures and videos we consented in makings ending up on the internet was my fault but I’m innocent. My laptop was stolen. How do I prove I’m innocent? How will she have to prove I’m guilty?

She has the burden of proof. Did you report the laptop stolen? If so when? When did the pictures go on the internet? These are all relevant facts.

Did you file a police report when your laptop was stolen. If you did and it was prior to the pictures and videos ending up on the internet, that would be your best proof.
