You ask the judge for a "hardship privilege" to drive to work. You must show that you have no other way to get to work because it doesn't exist or you can't afford it: no train, bus, cab, car service, relative, friend, coworker or neighbor that can drive you. You must have written proof or a live witness to back you up. Your testimony is not enough.
