More details to this question:
I was at a tailgate and I received an MIP for alcohol. I am 18 years old. While the cop and ticket only say I have to pay a fine of $75, everywhere online says my license will be suspended. I feel like the cop did not explain everything to me and I would like to know what is going to happen.

Ask a FLA lawyer, but most states have a DL suspension for underage drinking. If you hire an attorney, he will know ways around it, so don't plead guilty, plead not guilty and ask for a hearing.
