Prices vary. You should call some criminal defense attorneys and ask for price quotes. Keep in mind that only certain types of misdemeanors or felonies can be expunged, and only if you have not gotten into any other trouble for at least 10 years (misdemeanors) or 20 years (felonies).

The court can charge up to $150 to file the petition. An attorney will probably charge $500 or so to prepare, file and serve the petitions for you.

It depends on whether it is a misdemeanor or felony. For a misdemeanor there is a simple form to fill out. A felony takes more documentation.

Your question cannot be answered without significant additional detail. Most attorneys, attempting to provide this service, will charge by the hour as it is very difficult to predict how much time is going to be spent attempting to reach your goal.

In Colorado, the filing fee is $191. You may obtain the forms on the Colorado State Judicial Home Page. Most lawyers would charge about $1000 to do it for you.
