2nd offense DUI carries enhanced penalties, plus you have another probation violation, again. You need to seek legal counsel in that county for the DUI and probably also in LA county when the charge you with the probation violation here.

The "how much time" question is really difficult to answer. It depends on lots of factors. Your best move right now would be to do some research and find a local Merced criminal defense attorney. Most criminal defense lawyers offer free initial consultations. The minimum amount of jail time for a 2nd DUI is 10 days, however most counties have standard offers for 1st, 2nd, 3rd DUIs. The minimum isn't necessarily the standard offer. Again, contact a Merced criminal defense attorney to get a better idea.

Well, before we even get to your newest case, it looks like you've just violated 2 separate probations. Then you have the open 2nd DUI where the minimum is 4 days (and you'll get a lot more than the minimum in Merced). You need to consult a DUI specialist ASAP, because you have only 10 days to save your license from a very long suspension.
