Anything you say to an attorney which has actually taken you into confidentiality is privileged, thus cannot be shared with anyone without your consent. However, there are some exceptions, such as if the information that you disclose to cause FUTURE harm to a person, then the attorney is obligated to report it.

It is completely confidential. This is called the attorney-client privilege. An attorney is duty-bound to keep anything a client says to him/her in strict confidence. It cannot be disclosed to any other source without the client's permission. This is to protect the client's constitutional rights, and so that the client will speak honestly with the attorney so the attorney can provide the best possible representation.

Conversations between you and your attorney, both hired attorney and a Public Defender attorney, are confidential and cannot be disclosed to anyone without your consent. The exception is that they may talk with other attorneys within their office. These attorneys have the same rules of confidentially as your primary attorney.
