QUESTION
I am the victim of cyber harassment by someone out of state (in Atlanta, GA). What is my recourse for cease and desist?

I receive consistent and regular emails from a person that sends them knowing no further contact is wanted. I consider it invasion of privacy and harassment. I experience emotional stress and have tried every other form of trying to halt them. Since they are out of state (Atlanta, GA), I don't know if there is any recourse
