My girlfriend got arrested last night saying she had a warrant for violation of probation from the burglary of habitation in 1998 and it has been almost 14 years ago and they are just now messing with it. What kind of trouble is she looking at?

She could be looking at the full range of punishment. She needs to hire the best lawyer she can afford to keep her out of jail.
