Is there a statute of limitations on a DUI interlock device?

More details to this question:
How many years should there be an interlock? After all requirements are met, how much more time to get a license without an interlock?

No statute of Limitations exists but you can become eligible to have your interlock removed. What you need to do is contact DMV or a DMV attorney to have file paperwork to have it removed. Interlocks can be mandated from 9 months on to longer periods of time. The only person who can tell you to remove this device is DMV.
