Possibly, you will need to have your attorney work out a deal with the prosecution

It may be too late for the current case, but you need to avoid any more cases or you will probably be spending time in jail or prison.

Seriously,One time is forgivable. Everybody makes mistakes. But three times plus a burglary? If you are that hellbent on stealing, you should be prepared to live with the consequences, which will probably mean doing some jail time.

Stop committing crimes. After the fact of arrest, there is nothing you can do except seek a favorable plea bargain or go to trial if you think you can win. With multiple priors ?enhancing? the penalties for each new crime, the likelihood of serious jail time goes up. When charged with any crime, the proper questions are, can any evidence obtained in a test, search or statement be used against you, can you be convicted, and what can you do? No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or elsewhere are going to effectively help in a legal defense. If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced prosecutor intending to convict, then hire an attorney who does, who will try to get a dismissal, charge reduction, diversion, programs, or other decent outcome through motions, plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate.

First of all, stop stealing. Secondly, hire an attorney immediately.
