Need arrest record expunged or nondisclosed

More details to this question:
I have a class B misdemeanor, theft over 50 under 500 from 2004 i believe. Im not sure if i can get it expunged or have a order or non disclosure done. I was put on probation for 6 months and got deferred adjudication and paid restitution. The charges were then dismissed. the arrest is still on my record, and some private entities. If I am finger printed it definitely comes up. I need this removed or sealed or whatever can be done because I cant have this holding me back for the rest of my life for a stupid mistake that I did when i was 20, I am now approaching 30. this was also done in Wichita falls, TX. I now live in Dallas, TX. I need someone that can help me and fees are reasonable or allow payment plans or something.

You should be eligible for a non-disclosure order. Often this can be accomplished without an appearance in court. In the counties where an appearance is necessary only one is required. These are not very expensive and most or us do them on a routine basis.
