More details to this question:
My son has been in prison for 7 years for a felony charge and the prison is located at Houzdale pa, 16698. at the time he was living at Williamsport PA and I was not living there. I was told that he was in a self defense situation a person attacked him and he was defending himself against the attacker and the attacker was kill by my son. He has already serve 7 years of a 30 to 60 years sentence and he wants to know if his sentence can be lower to less time or can he get out of prison?

Givent hat seven yers have passed he may ony have one option and that is to seek a communtation of his sentence. However, there may be other options depending on when his case was last in court.
