What can happen if I got an UPM while on a conditional discharge?

More details to this question:
I got arrested in Liberty, NY for felony controlled substance and two misdemeanour counts of a controlled substance as well as possession of marijuana. I pleaded guilty to one controlled substance, got a 7th degree and an UPM (first offense). I am not on conditional discharge. I got with UPM charged over the weekend in Troy, NY. What is going to happen to me since I got another UPM?

They can but not necessarily will violate you on the conditional discharge and, if sustained, re-sentence you.
