What can I do to get a deferred adjudication?

More details to this question:
theft 1500 but not over 20,000.00 charge, arrested, bailed out, got probation and restitution, doid ll that 9 yrs ago, defferered adjudication but it is still on my record, what can I do to get it off. Non-Disclosure or Expunction?

Non-disclosure. And depending on the county, we may be able to help you. They are usually $2k-$2500.

In Texas, the code of criminal procedure allows for non disclosure of arrests that were disposed of by successfully completing deferred adjudication. Provided you have no new arrests and five years have passed since the dismissal, you should be able to hire someone to file the non disclosure petition.
