What can I do to remove or modify a no contact order?

More details to this question:
I am the victim in this case. I want to get in touch with my biological parents but there is a no contact form on both.

You have to ask the judge that issued the order to modify it.

If the no contact provision is a term of bond or a term of someone's probation, you would need to appear in front of the judge and make a request for the provision to be eliminated.

As the victim, you have standing to ask the court to lift the No Contact order. Call the DA's office and notify them of your desire.

A "no contact" order is generally a condition of bond. If so, talk to the prosecutor about your desire to lift it.
