What can we do if the judge didn’t specify concurrent or consecutive

More details to this question:
From my husband, and the state time was concurrent... they didn’t say anything in the paper work for the federal ... ok well i was in county i was waiting to make bond and i got indicted in the feds they brought me to the fed hold and i got sentenced and they sent me back to the county to get sentenced in the state then i go straight to the state and when i made parole on the state case i came here and my time never started till i got here and my paperwork in the feds doesnt say to run the times consecutive, so therefore im asking to get my time i done at least in the federal hold but really shoot for all the 4 years i done there He was charged with Conspiracy and Possession with intent to deliver.

Federal and state time will not generally run concurrent. However, the Judge on the most recent sentence can have them run concurrent, at their discretion.  Unfortunately, once you have been sentenced, the decision is final - whether the judge elected for the new sentence to run concurrent or consecutive.
