my boyfriend has a dwi he had a car accident while back. today was his second time going to visit his probation officer and they arrested him because he had an warrant for violation on his breathalyzer. what exacly will happen to him now that he is in custody?

He can get bonded out. SO bond him out. Then he will most likely have a Motion to Revoke Probation against him and he will need to hire an attorney to keep him out of jail.
