The sentence will depend on a number of factors, but if he has a prior felony it is a mandatory prison sentence and the average for a case like that is 3 years. If he has no priors or gives up his sources he might get a year or even probation. If he is the main person and is manufacturing drugs on a large scale he could get more than 3 years and may not have anyone to give up. Retain a good criminal lawyer to get the best plea deal possible.

Well it depends on several things. First what evidence they have against him. Second what his prior record is. Third the facts of the case and the exact charges. I would guess he could possibly be facing prison.

He is looking at jail time that will depend on the weight involved and other factors like if there was a gun or a school zone.

The sentence and fines depend on the level of the charge, the amount and type of drug, and whether your husband has prior convictions. From the charges you describe he will need an attorney right away to examine the evidence and to negotiate the best possible deal with the prosecution. An attorney looks into the arrest and whether there are Constitutional grounds to suppress the evidence or any statements he may have made as well. It is extremely important that he retain an experienced attorney right away.

Four counts of a 3rd degree felony could be 5 years prison each, of a 2nd degree felony it could be 15 years each. But most sentences are concurrent. It depends upon any prior record as well.
