If property was seized by law enforcement when someone was arrested, a motion seeking the return of property can be filed. The court will have a hearing to determine whether the property should be ordered returned to the lawful owner. If you are referring to your ex simply holding on to your property and that she refuses, then she may be guilty of theft and it should be reported to law enforcement.
