What are the charges? 1.) 1402 charge 2.) 664-187 A) PC 3.) 246 I understand 664-187 is attempted murder but what does A) and PC mean?

Without seeing exactly what you are looking at and referring to, I will venture a guess as to the abbreviations. "PC" usually means "Penal Code". The "A" is probably the sub-section of the code section mentioned.
