What happens if I was caught stealing for the second time and I already had a misdemeanor from the first time I was caught?

More details to this question:
The first time I got caught stealing at a store, it was around $400. I went to jail, spent two days, was bonded out, then went back to jail for about 2 or 3 days. I pleaded guilty and was told I was going to be released and that was a misdemeanor B. Now it's been a month and I got caught doing the same just at a different store this one was $330. What exactly will happen to me now? Will they keep me in jail, pay fees, probation?
You will probably serve a longer stretch in jail since the first one did not convince you to be honest. You should not steal since you are incompetent at it. You keep getting caught.
With each subsequent offense, the likelihood of doing jail time becomes greater. It will also depend on what the prosecutor is asking for and what your judge is likely to do in this type of scenario. Consult with an experienced criminal attorney in your area for a thorough review of your case and evaluation of your options.
