More details to this question:
An officer on a cruiser video tells me he found a tin in my purse with 1 bag of meth and a roach in it. Then the officer states in the report of investigation 3 bags of meth and a roach was found in the tin. The passenger put it in my purse when I was out of vehicle talking to officer. So I have no idea how many bags was in this tin that supposedly was found in my purse. Will this help my case any way?

Conflicting testimony can be used to impeach a witness, including a police officer. And conflicting testimony can be an indication of unreliability or fabrication to a Judge or a Jury.

Yes your attorney will point out the inconsistencies to the jury as to why they should discount any police testimony? If you did not know about the meth then you should go to trial.

Get a good attorney and prepare to implicate your passenger, the discrepancy in the video and the report is not likely to be determinative.

It does help, but you'll need a lawyer to sort through and present it in court under the best possible light.
