I want to know what rights I have as my brother sister he was deceased about a month ago due to a fight that resulted in a stabbing that killed him. this occurred at a restaurant outside in the parking lot, the restaurant had security but they failed to do their job and trying to stop the fight so I just want to know what are my rights to hiring an attorney to see if something could have been prevented. my brother left behind two little boys he was not married to the mother and was separated so basically I want to know what I can do for them. if there's something I can do would you please contact me and let me know what steps I have to take. thank you so much
