More details to this question:
I stole under 400 dollars from a store. I have a withheld adjudication that I plead no contest for stalking in 2007 (I text someone to get my things back 13 times over 2 weeks, the person was a cop and had it in for me, regardless, it is on my record.) I live in Florida.

Grand theft here is a 3rd degree felony. The maximum punishment is 5 years in prison. The minimum is a few years of probation plus restitution and fines and costs.
