Possible charges would include driving under the influence and driving on a suspended or revoked license. You answered your own question. Is that really what you wanted to ask?

You can be charged with OWI, driving while license suspended, and if convicted you could be in violation of your probation which means your probation could be revoked and the judge could resepatience you to the maximum sentence for the offense that put you on probation. The penalties for the OWI will depend on how many prior OWI offenses you have.

If your license was revoked due to a prior DUI conviction, you got real problems. You are going to be looking at a MINIMUM of 120 days on the second DUI, PLUS, I assume you are on probation fo0r the first DUI, in which case, the judge can impose jail time on that case as well. Fines are a MINIMUM of $2,000.00, loss of drivers license for 4 years, interlock on the vehicle for one year, AFTER your license is reinstated. These are the minimums. Without more facts, I can't say with certainty. I would recommend hiring an attorney AND that you enter inpatient alcohol rehab. With what you have told me, no judge is goinbg to look upon you with any degree of sympathy.

You need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to prevent even worse things from happening to your license.

Looks like DUI, driving on a suspended license (DUI), and possibly a probation violation for 1st DUI.

DUI II, Driving while revoked, violation of probation's come to mind. Get a good attorney and into treatment and stop drinking. You are in deep trouble and looking at jail time. Get a good attorney to mitigate some of the damages.
