Will a class b misdemeanor show up on my background check?

31 years ago I was convicted of a class b misd. Will it show up on a criminal background check, FBI prints? It was a small town in TX....

Yes, almost positive, unless it slipped through the cracks. But it should show up.

If the company hires an outside company to conduct the check, then it should not be reported. If the company does the check themselves, they could find it. Why don't you hire a lawyer and get it sealed (non disclosure)?
