A little bit over a year ago I stole someone\\'s info out of spite and aquired food stamp benefits with it. I spent a little over $1000 on it which is in itself a grand theft. Now. A little over 3 weeks ago an investigator tracked my mother down and was admin.g to speak with me. The crime occured in Florida. My mother lives in Alabama and I live in Tennessee now. I contacted the investigator and she started fishing for information. Now from what she is claiming. She has me on camera using the card and she also has my previous address where the card was sent too. It sounds as though she has me red handed but mentioned over the phone that she wanted my side of the story to \\" see what charges she will be pressing \\" sounds like maybe she doesn\\'t have enough to vet a waarant but I may be wrong. I cannot understand how a crime that was reported over a year ago could go without a warrant being issued for so long. Maybe they are overwhelmed with cases maybe not I do not know. I refused to answer any of her questions very politely and then she dropped the I will be issuing a warrant for your arrest. What do you all think ? Like I said. I think that maybe she bluffing the evidence against me other than the previous addrest which clearly she does have. I work on aircraft I have had several recurring TSA screenings and nothing has popped up yet or believe me I would certainly know. I just need a professional opinion. I have searched the internet through and through and I have come to the realization that my case is pretty unique. So along with your opinion on her case against me or lack there of I would like to know if u think Florida will cross two state lines on these offenses in the case I am stopped etc. Please help me out any comment is appreciated. Thank u bee much A
