Will I get reinstated on probation?

More details to this question:
I was violated 5 days ago for going out of town with permission but had an altercation were the police got involved and made a report that I was drinking and fighting with my wife. I failed to report that to my probation officer. No new charges nothing I'm allowed to drink but I didn't tell my PO. I forgot to. Thirty days later I was sentenced a year county 5 years probation I completed half my probation but still owe my fines. Someone please help me out here so I can get some sleep.

First of all, calm down. You need to get with a criminal defense attorney in your area and explain the situation. The attorney can arrange a resolution of the case with the assistant state attorney handling the violation of probation. The attorney may even be able to go online, like I can in my county, and get a copy of the affidavit of violation and perhaps a violation report. This will all be over as long as you address it now and hire an attorney. You have already completed half of the probation, and you might even be able to get it terminated.
