Will my failure to appear be dropped once the case is dropped?

More details to this question:
I am a witness- victim in a domestic violence case, I have failed to appear 3 times to help my fiances case be dropped, if and when the case is dropped will my 3 bench warrants be dropped too? Or am I screwing myself in the end? Please help me with any legal advice.

I am assuming that you were subpoenaed and you failed to appear in court. To answer your question as succinctly as possible, You're "screwing yourself in the end". Even if the case is dropped, your bench warrants will remain active. You will eventually be arrested and brought before the judge who can sentence you to jail for contempt.

No. You have angered the court by disobeying court orders and subpoena's, costing the court time and money. You face prosecution on the FTA's that led to the warrants. You'd better get yourself an attorney, and listen to his advice instead of making such poor decisions as you have so far.

It should be dropped, but you could be arrested at any time. You have a right in CA not to testify, why don't you go and refuse to testify, that will be the quickest way to end your warrants. You should have a lawyer.
