More details to this question:
I was too close to the light when I saw, it was yellow. So instead of stopping i keeped going but it turned red. I got pulled over and given a 39:4–81 ticket. Want to know if i can go to court and take the 2 points off as long as i pay the fine or something.

If you have a good driving record, you should be able to fight the ticket and have the charge downgraded. You will spend more money on legal fees, but you will not have the points and possible insurance increases. Please call to discuss. Ed Dimon 732-797-1600
