I have the above charge pending. It was an altercation with an X. He is no longer is in the picture, and doesn't want to be located or make any statement. A patrol car saw an altercation across a 6 lane highway and then called for back up. when back up arrived we were still arguing not physical though. I then got arrested and never heard of him again and needed has the prosecution. what is the chances of my case being dropped and should I hire a lawyer
