My boyfriend and I go into an argument about a week ago, and alcohol was involved, I ended up calling police, it was considered a domestic, he was arrested and they issued a no contact order, which I am trying to get lifted. My question is what if I don't remember exactly what I said on the call? Will this hurt his case? He did not, in fact, hurt me at all!

The police will have a recording of the call. You should contact the County attorney handling the case about the no contact order and proceeding with the case.
