23 and 25 year old girls, picked up the wrong debt card at a bar. They has the same exact card. The next day they reallized they had this card. They went to return it and found out then that they used the card to buy gas that night, they had no idea. They offered to pay but the person refused and said it was a police matter. It was a mistake the bartender put the cards down on the bar. The girls just picked it up by mistake. No intent to use the car. now there is a criminal summons comming. what do we do.
