More details to this question:
My son got in a accident the other day. It was his fault he ran a red light. I think both cars a totaled everyone was fine. The problem is he show proof of insurance but later when he called his company he was canceled. He has a court date for the accident but he doesnt know what to do.

If your Son has never had one of these tickets before, have him go get current insurance. He will be eligible for court supervision and his license should not be suspended out of this.
